About
Shelley Dahl received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1997. From there she went on to earn her Master of Science in child development and family science at North Dakota State University, where she specialized in marriage and family therapy. She has extensive experience in Family Therapy/Systems Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Incredible Years Parenting Group.
